Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 20g fresh baker's yeast (or 1 teaspoon dry yeast)
- 300ml lukewarm milk
- 20g melted butter
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 300g flour
- Butter for cooking
- 100g red berries
- A drizzle of honey
Directions
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk along with melted butter. Add the egg yolk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and flour.
Cover the mixture and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the batter before cooking.
In a pancake skillet placed on the griddle (or on cooking plates), melt a knob of butter and pour a tablespoon of batter.
Cook the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown. Keep them warm.
